- Any information you choose to share in a message or style notes
We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or government ID numbers through the website. Orders are confirmed and paid for directly with our atelier team, most often over WhatsApp.
2. How we use your information
- To process, confirm and deliver your order
- To respond to enquiries, styling requests and customer support questions
- To send order-related updates (for example, confirming your order over WhatsApp)
- To send you updates about collections or atelier news, but only if you have told us you'd like to hear from us
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and GST purposes
5. How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Enquiry and registration details are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you or to provide the service you asked for, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your personal information, where we are not required to keep it by law
- Stop sending you marketing updates
