1. About BeHAZEL'd

BeHAZEL'd is a brand of Ishvaanya (OPC) Private Limited and a handcrafted couture atelier based in India, working primarily with Chikankari and other regional Indian crafts. Many pieces are made to order by hand, so small variations in embroidery, colour and finish between pieces are part of the craft, not a defect.

2. Products, pricing & availability

• All prices on the site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep product and stock information accurate, but availability can change while your order is being confirmed.
• Product colours shown on the site are approximate visual representations only. Actual fabric colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, shadows, camera white balance, individual screen settings and natural variations in the material.
• Products are typically delivered within 4–6 days after order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and will let you know before proceeding if this affects your order.

3. Placing an order

Adding items to your bag and submitting your details at checkout is a request to order, not a confirmed sale. Your order is only confirmed once our atelier team acknowledges it — today, this happens through the WhatsApp conversation that opens after checkout. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if an item has become unavailable.

4. Payment

The site does not currently process online payments. Payment is coordinated directly with our atelier team after your order is confirmed, using the method we agree with you at that time.

5. Shipping & delivery

We currently offer complimentary delivery across India. Delivery timelines depend on the piece and your location, and are coordinated with you once your order is confirmed.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

Because many pieces are made to order, return and exchange terms can vary by product and are confirmed with you at the time of order. If you'd like to cancel, exchange or return an order, contact us as soon as possible at behazeld@gmail.comor on WhatsApp and we'll talk you through the options for your specific order.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text and other content on behazeld.com belong to BeHAZEL'd or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell or use our content or designs commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and in good faith — for example, don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information, or use it to infringe someone else's rights.

9. Limitation of liability

We work hard to describe our products accurately and fulfil orders reliably, but to the extent permitted by law, BeHAZEL'd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or an order, beyond the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
