Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This page explains what cookies are, what BeHAZEL'd actually uses today on behazeld.com, and what we'd do differently if that ever changes.

On this page

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser to remember information between visits — for example, to keep you signed in. "Local storage" is a similar browser feature that works a little differently but serves a comparable purpose.

2. What we use today

The public BeHAZEL'd storefront (the site you're shopping on right now) does not set any cookies. We don't use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies of any kind here.

3. Your shopping bag

Your shopping bag is saved using your browser's local storage, not a cookie. It stays on your own device, is never sent to us until you check out, and is cleared once your order is placed or if you clear your browser's site data.

4. Cookies on our internal team portal

Our staff sign-in area (a separate, password-protected system used by our own team to manage orders and inventory) does use strictly necessary session cookies to keep staff signed in securely. These are not set on the public storefront and don't affect you as a customer.

5. Third-party cookies

We don't currently embed any third-party advertising, analytics or social media tracking scripts on the storefront, so no third-party cookies are set through behazeld.com. If you follow a link to WhatsApp or Instagram, cookies on those sites are controlled by Meta, under their own policies.

6. If this changes

If we ever add analytics or marketing tools that use non-essential cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent with a cookie banner before those cookies are set — not after.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

You can view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Since the storefront doesn't rely on cookies today, doing so won't affect your ability to browse or shop with us.
